FIR (First Information Report) file करने के steps:
पुराने IPC Section 420 (Cheating) को BNS 2023 में Section 318 के रूप में जाना जाता है।
Punishment: 7 साल तक की सज़ा और जुर्माना। अगर cheating से property deliver करवाई गई हो तो सज़ा और बढ़ सकती है।
